  • What is the Live Ride for MDA?

The Live Ride for MDA is an annual fund raising event put on by MDA with the support of the Alaska Motorcycle Community!

ALL Participants (riders and passengers) purchase a packet ($50.00) and then raise funds prior to the ride. Each year, the ride leaves from the Anchorage (and now the MatSu Valley), making stops for fuel and snacks along the way.

Once the huge group of riders (of all motorcycle makes and models) reaches the Central Peninsula Sports Center in Soldotna, the riders will then be treated to festivities at the sports center including a "carnival," Arctic Attack Stunt Demo Team, and much more!

The riders who raise $800.00 are part of The Parade of Heroes  who participate in a special ride through the Central Peninsula Sports Center itself!

It is always impressive to watch the huge line of motorcycles file into the Sports Center, all there to help raise money and support for the continuing fight against Muscular Dystrophy!
