  1. How much does the ride cost?

    $50 per participant.

  2. Do 2nd riders have to pay the $50?

    Because this is an exclusive ride, all participants and their passengers MUST purchase a packet.

  3. When does Registration start in Anchorage?

    Bikes start arriving at 7:30 am, registrations begins at 8:00 am and the first bike out is at 9:30 am.

  4. Where do you register?

    The morning of, registration is in Anchorage at 8:00 am at the Anchorage City Church or in Wasilla at the Denali Harley-Davidson at 7:00 am.

  5. Where can you buy packets?

    The House of Harley-Davidson, Denali Harley-Davidson, Kenai-Peninsula Harley-Davidson or the MDA office at 121 W. Fireweed Ste 100 in Anchorage.

  6. What does the $50 cover?

    Entry into the ride, the 2010 collector's Harley-Davidson & MDA pin, lunch the day of the event and it will also go towards your first $125 raised to receive an entry into win the 2010 Harley-Davidson Iron Horse 883 Sportster!

  • What is the Live Ride for MDA?

      The Live Ride for MDA is an annual fund raising event put on by MDA with the support of the Alaska Motorcycle Community!

      ALL Participants (riders and passengers) purchase a packet ($50.00) and then raise funds prior to the ride. Each year, the ride leaves from Anchorage (and the Mat-Su Valley), making stops for fuel and snacks along the way.

      Once the huge group of riders (of all motorcycle makes and models) reaches Kenai Peninsula Harley-Davidson in Soldotna, the riders will then be treated to fun, food and much more!

      Raise $800 or more and become a MDA Hero  by sending a child to Summer Camp. The Parade of Heroes will ride from Sterling to Kenai Peninsula Harley-Davidson.

      It is always impressive to watch the huge line of motorcycles, all there to help raise money and support for the continuing fight against Muscular Dystrophy!
